Magnetic boards for piles are used on metal tracks with a width of 1170 mm, stands or tables. Moreover, the technology allows the use of two lanes with the use of a stationary central (middle) board and one set of adjustable boards.
Magnetic boards are as simple and convenient as possible in use. The need for an electrical connection there is no network, because magnetic systems are based on permanent neodymium magnets. Activation and deactivation occurs mechanically. During transportation, hidden sling loops are lifted in the sides.
Magnetic boards for piles can be 300, 350 and 400 mm high. But for the production of reinforced concrete piles of a larger section, it is possible to manufacture magnetic extensions with a height of 50 and 100 mm.
The separator for the piles are magnetic heads that form the tip of the pile. On the one hand, the head is adapted to form the tip of the pile, on the other hand it creates an ideal base for the production of the next reinforced concrete pile. Thanks to the special design of the PBS magnetic heads, the tip of the pile is obtained without sagging.
