Battery moulds for the wall panels

The PBS battery mould allows you to vertically form single-layer wall panels with a flat surface on both sides. This installation saves production space and reduces production costs.

Surfaces of wall panels do not require additional processing. They are even on both sides. At the same time, the products are heated from both sides and ripen faster than with horizontal molding. Also, in cassette installations, the product is immediately poured in the design position and does not require tilting.

The battery mould is designed individually depending on the requirements of the Customer: it contains from 10 to 30 jackets, with the possibility of choosing a coolant (water, steam or oil) and dimensions of the finished product. It can be equipped with magnetic boards and openings to change the appearance of the finished panel.

The PBS battery mould is universal! Due to new technological developments, it can be converted to produce products from 100 to 200 mm at minimal cost. This will allow using the mould for the production of wall panels of different series of houses.

The height-adjustable lower board is mounted on a screw mechanism, with the help of which it is possible to change the height of the molded panel within the limits of the wall dimensions. This will make it possible to produce wall panels of different heights up to 3200 mm inclusive.

Reinforced jacket frame and 10 mm thick metal forming sheet ensure long service life of the machine and are an additional guarantee that the quality of finished products will not deteriorate over time.

High chamber accuracy

DESIGN FEATURES

The battery mould contains from 10 to 30 chambers with the possibility of choosing a heat carrier (water, steam or oil). It can be equipped with magnetic boards and opening formers to change the appearance of the finished panel.

  • Movement of casing with the help of MOTOR-REDUCERS. The operator only needs to press a button to open and close the unit. Optionally, it is possible to move the shirts with the help of a hydraulic system.

  • HYDRAULIC LOCKING SYSTEM for compression with automatic force support ensures tight closure of the extraction of finished products from the central compartments hydraulic cylinders can be rotated.

  • A specially shaped RUBBER SEAL installed in the sides minimizes the leakage of concrete milk.

  • HIGH-FREQUENCY VIBRATORS are used to maximize the concrete mix density. In the operation of the cassette, both manual exposure to vibration and automatic shutdown of the vibrators after a specified time are possible. The vibrators are located in special cavities inside the jackets of the cassette unit. This allows the concrete to vibrate in the central part of the product and also protects the vibrators from contamination.

  • At the request of the Customer, it is possible to develop a removable traction instead of a mobile one.

  • The HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE LOWER BOARD is mounted on a screw mechanism, with which you can change the height of the molded panel within the adjustment range.

  • The basic configuration is equipped with a SERVICE PLATFORM, as well as protective fences along the edges for safety and convenience of working on a battery mould.

  • For ease of use, the control unit of the battery mould can be equipped with a TOUCH PANEL for setting and controlling system parameters, such as vibrocompaction, jacket movement and automation of the heating medium supply. It is also possible to optionally equip the RADIO CONTROL PANEL, which allows you to remotely start the movement of the casing and control the hydraulic compression system.

Modern-type battery moulds are equipped with a removable magnetic boards!

This magnetic board is extremely simple and easy to use. Its main advantage is that it does not require welding during installation. This avoids damage and subsequent deformation of the forming surface. Also, magnetic board provides the finished product with smooth contours and surface evenness due to a special seal located along the contour.
